Our retained search engagements are structured as a percentage of the placed executive's first-year total compensation, typically ranging from 25% to 33%. Fees are staged across the engagement — at initiation, at candidate presentation, and upon successful placement — ensuring our incentives remain fully aligned with yours throughout the process.
Our Guarantee
Every Kalifornia West placement comes with a comprehensive guarantee period. Should a placed executive depart for any reason within the guarantee window, we will conduct a replacement search at no additional professional fee. We stand behind our work — completely and without reservation.
